Accepting a gas well in your neighorhood puts the poisonous toxins closest to YOU, but could be bad for ALL of Ft. Worth, yet gas wells are all over town. How could this happen? Plus, you could have noisy trucks transporting toxic water, rolling down your street all day and night, one well after another. So who is looking out for YOU? The politicians won't stop this until YOU make ENOUGH noise!
TCU residents said "NO, not in our neighborhood"
Fairmount residents said "NO, not in our neighborhood"
Ryan Place residents said "NO, not in our neighborhood"
Roanake residents said "NO, not in our neighborhood"
Rosemont residents are TRYING to say "NO, not in our neighborhood" but no one is listening. (Rosemont isn't made up of rich people.)
So why should we say "YES?"
Answer: We shouldn't!
JUST SAY "NO" LIKE OTHER NEIGHBORHOODS HAVE!

Aren't the dangers of rural gas well drilling known by the industry and members of our city government? Wouldn't common sense dictate that when they hurriedly approved and brought thousands of wells into the city, they were also importing those same hazards here? These issues have NOT been adequately addressed. And they're still granting 'variances' and permits every week AS IF everything is fine.
